Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Anglo American
Platinum Corporation Limited held on 29 March 2005, all the resolutions
(including the resolution regarding the change of the Company`s name to Anglo
Platinum Limited that will come into effect on 30 May 2005) set out in the
Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 11 February 2005, were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders present or represented by proxy. The special
resolutions will be submitted for registration at the Registrar of Companies in
due course.
