UNCONDITIONAL APPROVAL BY THE COMPETITION COMMISSION OF THE ACQUISITION OF
HILFORT PLASTICS (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED
Linked unitholders are advised that the Competition Commission has approved the
acquisition of Hilfort Plastics (Proprietary) Limited (`Hilfort`) on 29 March
2005 without any conditions.
The only conditions precedent still to be met, in terms of the sale agreement,
is the issue of an unqualified audit opinion on the `effective date accounts` by
the auditors of Hilfort Plastics by not later than 30 April 2005 and Astrapak
approving the effective date accounts in writing by not later than 31 May 2005.
