CHANGE OF ROLE OF DIRECTOR
The following information is disclosed in compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE
Listings requirements:
Cornel van der Merwe has, with the consent of the Intertrading board, changed
his role from executive to non-executive director, effective from 31 March 2005.
Cornel will be joining his family`s citrus farming business on a full-time basis
but will still actively contribute to the future success of the Intertrading
Group.
