NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
31 December 2004, posted today, are identical to the audited results which were
published in the press on 8 March 2005.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Iliad will be held at
East Block, Ground Floor, Pineslopes Office Park, cnr The Straight and Witkoppen
Road, Lonehill, Sandton at 10:00 on Tuesday, 10 May 2005. The notice of annual
general meeting is issued with the annual report, which contains the annual
financial statements of Iliad for the year ended 31 December 2004.
