DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE OLD MUTUAL PLC DARTS
Notice is hereby given that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
Old Mutual plc (OML) the holders of OMLAIA DARTS will receive a Old Mutual plc
dividend of 41.28c per security. The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday,
15 April 2005. The DARTS will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 18
April 2005 and the record date will be Friday 22 April 2005. The dividend will
be paid on Tuesday, 31 May 2005.
