REVISED TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the trading statement released on SENS on Thursday,
31 March 2005, in which it was mentioned that headline earnings per share were
expected to be 20% - 25% higher than that of the prior comparative period.
However, subsequent to the release of the aforementioned trading statement, it
was determined that due to the different accounting treatment of the acquisition
costs for the Relyant Retail Limited transaction, the headline earnings per
share are now expected to be 25% - 30% higher than those of the prior
comparative period.
The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s
auditors and the company`s results for the six months ended 28 February 2005 are
expected to be published on or about 13 April 2005.
