PROPOSED CASH PAYMENT OF R10 PER ORDINARY SHARE
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 29 March 2005, shareholders are
advised that the special resolution has been registered with the Registrar of
Companies. All conditions precedent have now been met.
Shareholders are reminded of the following salient dates in respect of the
special payment:
Last day to trade cum payment: Friday, 8 April 2005
Trading commences ex payment: Monday, 11 April 2005
Record date: Friday, 15 April 2005
Payment date: Monday, 18 April 2005
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
11 April 2005 and Friday, 15 April 2005, both days inclusive.
