NEW CFO FOR TOURVEST
Johannesburg, 6 April 2005 - Jan Roesch has been appointed chief financial
officer of Tourvest and has joined its board as an executive director with
effect from 4 April 2005.
Roesch, who qualified as a chartered accountant in 1991, is the former head of
Absa Corporate and Merchant Bank`s investment banking division and a former
director of Brait Corporate Finance. He is also a co-founder and former
executive director of the black-empowerment investment company Pamodzi
Investment Holdings.
