TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the Schamin announcement dated 14 March 2005
wherein it was advised that the headline earnings and earnings of Schamin for
the year ended 31 March 2005 were expected to be between 160% and 170% higher
than that of the previous comparable period.
It is now advised that in light of further information that has come to the
attention of management, the headline earnings and earnings of Schamin for the
year ended 31 March 2005 will infact be between 90% and 105% higher than that
for the previous comparable period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors. The year end results of
Schamin will be published during June 2005.
