approved the change of the company`s name from Mercantile Lisbon Bank Holdings
Limited to Mercantile Bank Holdings Limited. Due to delays being experienced at
the Registrar of Companies, the special resolution to approve the name change
has not yet been registered. Such registration is, however, expected shortly
and shareholders will be advised of the revised salient dates and times
pertaining to the name change (last day to trade and record date) in due course.
