RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Java Capital
is authorised to announce that:
- Michael James Cullabine has resigned as a director of PPTM, the manager of
Prima, with effect from 6 April 2005; and
Amir Levy has been appointed as a director of PPTM with effect from 6 April
2005.
- Amir Levy is experienced in property and has been engaged in the asset
management of Prima since April 2003.
