CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities Exchange
South Africa, the following information is disclosed:
The Board of Directors wishes to advise that Mr. Paul Susan has decided to step
down as Chief Operations Officer of the Connection Group. Mr. Susan will leave
the Group at the end of June 2005 to pursue personal interests.
After a review of the current operational requirements, the Board has decided to
discontinue the position of Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Susan`s
responsibilities will be transferred to the Chief Executive Officer and to the
existing members of the Executive Team.
Mr. Susan joined the Group in August 2003 and the Board wishes to express its
appreciation for the significant contribution that he has made to the affairs of
the Group.
Shareholders are reminded that the reviewed results for the six-months ended 28
February 2005 will be released on SENS on 12 April 2005 as mentioned in the
trading statement released on 31 March 2005 indicating an increase of between
45% and 55% in headline earnings per share from the corresponding interim
reporting period of the previous year.
