Results of the general meeting of Coronation shareholders
Shareholders are referred to the announcement and the circular dated 24 March
2005 regarding a proposed distribution to Coronation shareholders of 25 cents
per Coronation share, comprising a return of share premium of 24 cents per share
and a dividend of 1 cent per share (`the distribution`).
A general meeting of Coronation shareholders was held at 10:00 on Friday, 8
April 2005 to consider the resolutions to approve the return of share premium.
These resolutions were unanimously approved at this meeting.
Accordingly, the salient dates for the implementation of the distribution remain
as follows:

Last day to trade `cum` the Friday, 15 April distribution
Trading commences `ex` the Monday, 18 April
distribution
Record date Friday, 22 April
Distribution date Monday, 25 April
Notes:
Shares may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday, 18 April 2005
and Friday, 22 April 2005, both days inclusive.
