Shareholders of Sage are referred to the cautionary announcement published on
SENS on 17 March 2005 and are advised that the Company is still finalising
certain issues which may adversely impact its financial results for the year
ended 31 December 2004. As a result, the Company expects to publish its results
by no later than Friday, 15 April 2005.
