CHANGE TO TIMETABLE REGARDING OFFER TO INTERTRADING SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are referred to the timetable set out in Intertrading`s
announcement released on SENS on 24 March 2005 giving details of Katope
International`s offer (`the offer`) to all of the shareholders of Intertrading
to acquire all or any part of their shares in Intertrading for a cash
consideration of 50 cents per share.
As stated, the offer is conditional upon the unconditional approvals of the
Competition Commission and/or the Competition Tribunal.
Shareholders are advised; however, that the filing with the Competition
Commission and/or the Competition Tribunal has been delayed and as a result,
such approvals have not yet been obtained.
The timetable has thus been altered and shareholders will be advised timeously
once the offer becomes unconditional.
Shareholders are advised that the details regarding the new salient dates and
times will be released at a later date.
