CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
In consequence of the approved merger between Relyant Retail Limited (`Relyant`)
and Ellerine Holdings Limited (`Ellerines`), Mr Alan Markham Schlesinger, who
has been the CEO of Relyant since March 2003, has relinquished his position as
Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Relyant Board. Mr Peter John
Charles Squires, Chief Executive Officer of Ellerines, has been appointed to the
Board of Relyant and, with immediate effect, will assume the role of CEO of
Relyant. The Board of Relyant welcomes Peter Squires.
The Board and Management of Relyant express their appreciation to Alan
Schlesinger for his positive and constructive leadership, during which the
performance of the company improved substantially. Alan will be resuming his
activities as a business developer and consultant, which he conducted for some
years before joining Relyant. The Board wishes him well for the future.
