NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Trencor and Mobile have today published their annual financial statements in
respect of the year ended 31 December 2004 and confirm that there are no
modifications to the reviewed results published on 28 February 2005.
The annual general meetings of Trencor and Mobile shareholders will be held on
25 May 2005 at 1313 Main Tower, Standard Bank Centre, Heerengracht, Cape Town,
commencing at 15:00 to transact the business as stated in the annual general
meeting notices forming part of the annual financial statements.
