APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa
Listings Requirements, combined unitholders are advised that Mr Ethan Gilbert
Dube has been appointed to the board of Hyprop as an independent non-executive
director with effect from 15 April 2005.
Mr Dube has an Msc Economics and Statistics. He worked at Standard Chartered
Merchant Bank in the corporate finance division whereafter he spent six years in
asset management, at Southern Asset Managers and Infinity Asset Management.
Mr Dube is the founder and chief executive officer of Vunani Capital Holdings
(formerly, African Harvest Capital), an investment banking company.
