FUTURE CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In the Glenrand M I B group`s annual reports for the years ended 30 June 2003
and 2004, shareholders were advised that Mr E S G von Roretz was appointed Chief
Operating Officer with a view to succeeding Mr D J Harpur as Chief Executive
Officer, as part of the company`s strategic succession planning.
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
now advised that Mr E S G von Roretz will formally assume the Chief Executive
Officer responsibility of the Glenrand M I B group with effect from 7 September
2005 while Mr D J Harpur, currently an executive director, will continue to be
involved with the Glenrand M I B group as a non-executive director from that
date. Mr Harpur will also continue his other group subsidiary directorships and
other responsibilities within the group until at least 30 October 2006.
