Requirements, AFGRI is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Dominic
Malentsha Sewela to the board of directors as an executive alternate director to
Mr. Izak de Wet Goosen, with effect from 15 April 2005. Mr. Sewela will fulfill
the role of deputy managing director to Mr. Jeff Wright.
