ANNOUNCEMENT RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Mr Shaun Liebenberg, the group Chief Executive Officer, has resigned as a
director of the Company with effect from 15 April 2005 in order to join Denel as
Chief Executive Officer Designate. Mr Liebenberg`s employment with the Grintek
Group will continue until such time as all the operational issues pertaining to
his departure have been dispensed with.
