involved in court proceedings whereby Mr P Keeve, a former director of the
company is attempting to place the company`s wholly owned subsidiary, Diamond
Land Mining (Pty) Ltd (`DLM`) into liquidation. The company is opposing this
application but is unable to comment further at this time as the matter is sub
judice. The assets of DLM were sold to the company more than a year ago and are
now directly held by the company. DLM is an empty shell and there would be no
material financial effects on the company in the event Mr Keeve`s application
succeeded.
