CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Pursuant to the BEE transaction concluded with the Mineworkers Investment
Company (Proprietary) Limited (`MIC`), Prism is pleased to announce that it has
appointed two non-executive directors to its board, namely Mr. Keshan Pillay and
Mrs. Kabi Mahlatse.
Keshan is a Chartered Accountant and the Chief Financial Officer of MIC. Keshan
currently serves on the Boards of, inter alia, BPSA (Proprietary) Limited,
Primedia (Proprietary) Limited, Ster Kinekor (Proprietary) Limited and Tracker
Investment Holdings (Proprietary) Limited.
Kabi is also a Chartered Accountant, who started her career at KPMG prior to
moving into commerce. Kabi is presently the Financial Manager of MIC.
