TRADING STATEMENT
It is anticipated that Corpcapital`s earnings for the six months to 28 February
2005 will be at a breakeven level (a profit or loss of less than R1 million) as
compared with earnings of R200,8 million for the corresponding prior six month
period, as realization profits were accounted for in the prior year.
Corpcapital`s estimate of ultimate realisable net asset value remains at 29
cents per share, as disclosed in its August 2004 year-end accounts and subject
to the qualifications recorded therein.
This trading statement has not been reported on or reviewed by Corpcapital`s
auditors.
