ARM ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF JAN STEENKAMP TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS
ARM today announced the appointment of Mr. Jan Steenkamp to the Company`s Board
of Directors. Mr. Steenkamp`s appointment as a director of ARM is effective 19
April 2005 and he will continue to serve as Chief Executive of ARM Ferrous.
`There`s no denying Jan will bring with his appointment, years of experience and
knowledge in diversified mining to the ARM board. It gives me great pleasure to
