ARM ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF (FORMER PRESIDENT) MR. J.A. CHISSANO TO THE
COMPANY`S BOARD OF DIRECTORS
ARM today announced the appointment of the former president of Mozambique Mr.
Joaquim Chissano as a non-executive director to the companies Board of
Directors.
Mr. Chissano`s appointment is effective from 22 April 2005.
An important part of the ARM`s long-term strategy is focused on being well
positioned to grow in Africa. Mr. Joaquim Chissano will make a unique
contribution in this regard.
