NEDCOR LIMITED AND NEDBANK LIMITED - RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The boards of directors of Nedcor and Nedbank announce the resignation of
Phuthuma Freedom Nhleko as a non-executive director from the boards of Nedcor
and Nedbank with effect from 21 April 2005.
He is resigning to focus on his business interests, which could possibly lead to
a conflict of interest with his position at Nedcor and Nedbank.
The boards extend their gratitude to Mr Nhleko for the contribution he has made
to the group over the past three years.
