RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of shareholders of Control Instruments held on
Thursday, 21 April 2005, the requisite majority of shareholders approved all the
resolutions as set out in the notice of the annual general meeting contained in
the Company`s 2004 Annual Report.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies in due
course.
