Further to the GRCR reviewed financial results for the year ended 31 December
2004 (`reviewed results`) published on the Securities Exchange News Service on 9
March 2005, shareholders are advised that the GRCR annual report for the year
ended 31 December 2004 was posted today and contains no material differences to
the information presented in the reviewed results.
Information regarding the annual general meeting
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of GRCR will be held at
10h00 on Thursday, 19 May 2005 at Gold Reef City, Gate 4 Northern Parkway,
Ormonde, Johannesburg to transact the business as stated in the notice of the
annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
