CHANGES IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, Sage Group wishes to advise that Mr. J Treger
has resigned, and Mr. M Barnes has been appointed in his stead, as a non-
executive director on the boards of Sage Group Limited and its unlisted
subsidiaries Sage Life Limited and Sage Unit Trusts Limited, with effect from 21
April 2005.
