RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 1 March 2005, IMR shareholders are
advised that negotiations relating to a re-structuring of the strategic and
operational direction of the company are still in progress. Accordingly, IMR
shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when trading in shares
of the company on the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa until a further
announcement is made.
