RATIONALISATION OF THE WINHOLD GROUP: RESULT OF SCHEME MEETING
The boards of directors of the Winhold Group wish to advise that the scheme of
arrangement proposed by Winhold between Inmins and its shareholders (other than
Winhold) was approved by the requisite majority of scheme members at the
adjourned scheme meeting of Inmins held today, Monday 25 April 2005.
Application will be made to the High Court of South Africa on Tuesday 10 May
2005 for an order sanctioning the scheme and a further announcement in this
regard will be published in due course.
