Cautionary announcement
Shareholders are advised that the liquidators of Top Info Holdings Limited (`Top
Info`), a company previously listed on the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa
(`JSE`) and now under liquidation, have instituted legal proceedings against
Tech Pulse Technologies (Proprietary) Limited, the trading company of APS, in
the amount of R1,3 million. This amount relates to a transaction which occurred
in November 2000, and that was authorised by the previous management of APS and
Top Info.
Argument has been heard and judgment on the matter is expected shortly. Until a
further announcement is published regarding this matter, shareholders are
advised to exercise caution when dealing in their APS shares.
