JSE SECURITIES EXCHANGE SOUTH AFRICA ANNOUNCEMENT
TERMINATION OF LISTINGS
The JSE Securities Exchange South Africa (`the JSE`) hereby advises that the
listings of the suspended companies named hereunder (`companies`) will be
terminated with effect from commencement of business on Tuesday, 3 May 2005
(`terminations`).
Advanced Technical Systems Limited
Chariot Land Limited
Choice Holdings Limited
Dynamo Retail Limited
Fashion Africa Limited
Leisurenet Limited
Premier Group Limited
Siltek Holdings Limited
Universal Growth Holdings Limited
Whetstone Industrial Holdings Limited
Various companies have been suspended from trading for a number of years and the
terminations follow a lengthy and exhaustive process of investigation by the JSE
to determine whether the companies` continued listings are of benefit to
shareholders. In each instance, there exists no possibility of any distribution
to shareholders being declared. The JSE has, where appropriate, received the
written confirmation of the companies` liquidators to this effect.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
