Allocation of share options to the group company secretary of Consol
An allocation of the following share options was made in terms of the Consol
Limited Executive Share Incentive Scheme (`the Scheme`) and was approved by the
Appointments and Remuneration Committee of the board of directors of Consol in
accordance with the rules of the Scheme.
In compliance with rules 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa (`the JSE`), the following information is
