NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Further to the publication of the Group`s audited annual financial statements
for the year ended 31 December 2004 (`audited financial statements`) on the
Securities Exchange News Service (`SENS`) on 15 April 2005, Sage Group advises
that its 2004 annual report, which incorporates the audited financial
statements, is being mailed to shareholders today, and contains no changes from
the SENS announcement. The annual report is available on the Sage Group website
(www.sage.co.za).
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders will be
held on the 11th Floor, Sage Centre, 10 Fraser Street, Johannesburg on Friday 27
May 2005 at 15h00 to transact the business set out in the notice of annual
general meeting, which is contained in the Sage Group`s 2004 annual report.
