WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the joint cautionary announcement released by WBHO and Concor Limited
(`Concor`) on Friday 22 April 2005, shareholders of WBHO are advised that
discussions between WBHO and Concor have been terminated.
WBHO shareholders are advised that as a result of the publication of this
announcement, the cautionary announcement is now withdrawn. Shareholders of WBHO
are accordingly no longer required to exercise caution when dealing in their
WBHO shares.
