WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT AND REMINDER OF SEPARATE CAUTIONARY
ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the joint cautionary announcement by Wilson Bayly
Holmes - Ovcon Limited and Concor dated 22 April 2005 and are advised that the
discussions referred to therein have been terminated. Accordingly, the
cautionary announcement contained therein is hereby withdrawn.
Shareholders are, however, reminded that the discussions with Murray & Roberts
Holdings Limited (`Murray & Roberts`), in terms of the announcement dated 26
April 2005 relating to the receipt by the Concor board of directors of a notice
of Murray & Roberts`s firm intention to make an offer for the entire issued
share capital of Concor, are ongoing. Accordingly, Concor shareholders are
advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company`s shares
until a further announcement is made.
