CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
In compliance with the requirements of Rule 3.59 of the JSE Listing
Requirements, Concor advises that Mr J H Engelbrecht`s temporary employment as
Acting Managing Director has come to an end and that he has consequently retired
from the Board with effect from 1st May 2005. The Board wishes to express its
appreciation for Mr Engelbrecht`s contribution to Concor.
Mr A J Bester shall assume the role of Acting Managing Director in addition to
his role as Group Financial Director. Mr T R Robinson, the Managing Director of
Concor`s Mining Division, has been appointed to the Board with effect from 1st
May 2005.
