ANNOUNCEMENT WITH REGARDS TO THE ACQUISITION OF 25.1% IN GRAINCO (PTY) LIMITED
(`GRAINCO`)
PSG Capital is authorized to announce that Arch Equity concluded a transaction
in terms whereof they acquired 25.1% of the issued share capital of GrainCo.
GrainCo has a head office in Malmesbury and a regional office in Bloemfontein.
GrainCo is a grain trading company that trades grain commodities with its main
business being that of managing the supply chain between producers and
manufacturers. GrainCo also has a 50% interest in Silo Bags Africa (Pty) Ltd
and a 75% interest in GritCo (Pty) Ltd.
Mr Desmond Lockey has been appointed to the GrainCo board and he is very
excited regarding GrainCo and its future plans.
