PRESENTATION: ABSA-BARCLAYS TRANSACTION
We refer to today`s announcement by Absa Group Limited and Barclays PLC
(Barclays) in which details were announced of an offer by Barclays to buy a
majority stake in Absa.
A presentation to explain the proposed transaction will take place as follows:
