MARSHALLS : RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETINGS AND SALIENT DATES FOR THE
RESTRUCTURE
The Directors are pleased to announce that at the General Meetings of the
Company`s ordinary and `N` ordinary shareholders held on Monday 9th May 2005,
approval was received for the passing of all the resolutions proposed thereat.
This involves the simplifying of the Company`s share capital structure by
consolidating its two classes of par value shares into one class of shares with
no par value.
