DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Securities Exchange Listings
Requirements, Fredswem Investments (Pty) Limited (`Fredswem`) purchased 30 085
and 51 615 Octodec linked units on 5 May 2005 and 6 May 2005 respectively at a
price per unit of 700 cents, with a total value of R571 900. Octodec`s
directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick each hold one third of the share
capital in Fredswem in an indirect beneficial capacity.
Clearance to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings
Requirements.
