FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on 24
March 2005 wherein it was advised that the Company carries out pumping
operations on behalf of Hartebeestfontein Gold Mining Limited, which is a
subsidiary of DRDGold Limited (DRD North West Operations). Recent press and SENS
announcements at the date of publication and since such date have stated that
these operations have been placed under provisional liquidation.
Shareholders are advised that the full impact of the abovementioned action is
still being determined and may have a material effect on the price of the
company`s securities. Accordingly shareholders are advised to continue to
exercise caution when dealing in the company`s securities until a full
announcement is made.
