Shareholders are notified that at the annual general meeting of shareholders
held today, all the ordinary resolutions and a special resolution proposed
thereat were duly passed by the requisite majority votes. The special
resolution granting a general authority to the directors to repurchase the
company`s shares was adopted and will be lodged for registration with the
Registrar of Companies in due course.
