DIRECTORS DEALINGS ANNOUNCEMENT
It has come to Seardel`s attention that a number of dealings by a director, Mr
Walter Simeoni, over the past 7 months have not been disclosed.
The dealings all relate to the exercise by Mr Simeoni of a number of share
options over Seardel `N` shares on the basis that such shares be immediately
sold on his behalf. As such the dealings should have been disclosed to the
company by the administrator of the Share Incentive Scheme, but this did not
occur.
Both Seardel and Mr Simeoni regret the failure to timeously disclose the
dealings, the details of which are set out below. All of the disposals set out
below relate to share options exercised immediately prior to the disposals at a
price of R1,80 per share.
