RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to Johnnic`s cautionary announcement published on SENS
on 30 March 2005 in which they were advised that Johnnic had entered into
negotiations with Nafcoc Holding Company Limited (`Nafcoc`), with regard to
their respective interests in Tsogo Investment Holdings Limited.
Further that if such negotiations are successfully concluded, they will have a
material effect on Johnnic`s share price. The negotiations with Nafcoc are still
proceeding. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise
caution when dealing in Johnnics` shares until a further announcement is made.
