RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
1. Results of annual general meeting
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Delta held today
all resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolution granting Delta authority to repurchase shares will be
submitted for registration at the Registrar of Companies in due course.
2. Changes to the board of directors
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa
Listings Requirements, Delta shareholders are advised that Mr E W van Zyl, Joint
Managing Director of Delta, has resigned from the board of directors of Delta
from today. Furthermore, Mr P G Joubert, independent non-executive director of
Delta, has retired from the board of directors of Delta from today.
