CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with sections 3.59 to 3.62 of the JSE Securities Exchange South
Africa Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that John Anthony Copelyn
and Russell Arthur Upton have been appointed as non-executive directors to the
board, and that Matamela Cyril Ramaphosa has resigned as non-executive director
of Seardel with effect from 16 May 2005.
Mr Ramaphosa has resigned from the board so that he may devote more time to
concentrating on the core areas of his business.
Seardel is appreciative of and thanks Mr Ramaphosa for his services to the group
and wishes him well in his other endeavours.
