Further to the announcements made on 5 April 2005 and 28 April 2005,
shareholders are advised that Value has entered into a further agreement with
CFC and Consolidated Importers and Exporters (Pty) Ltd (`the Vendor`), in terms
of which the date for the fulfillment of the remaining conditions precedent
attached to the acquisition is further extended to 18 July 2005.
